Calibration laboratory

In the calibration laboratory No. 2419 of ELVAC EKOTECHNIKA s.r.o. we perform calibrations of measuring instruments (emission analyzers) with the principle of IR spectrometry, UV spectrometry, chemiluminescence, paramagnetic principle, electrochemical methods and FID. Since 2022, the Calibration Laboratory has held a certificate of accreditation with the Czech Institute for Accreditation, o.p.s.

The laboratory undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained or created during the performance of laboratory activities.

ACCREDITATION

Since 2022, our Calibration Laboratory has been the holder of an ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE issued by the Czech Accreditation Institute, o.p.s. (national accreditation body).

Step-by-step calibration process

Device reception

Upon delivery, we will perform a visual inspection and record the serial number and condition of the device.

Visual and functional inspection

We will check the tightness, cleanliness of the optical paths, and condition of the sensors.

Parameter settings and preliminary verification

We prepare the reference gas or source and set the conditions (temperature, pressure).

Calibration itself

We perform reference gas dosing, measure analyzer response, and evaluate deviations. Calibration is performed according to standard operating procedures (SOP) in accordance with the Certificate of Accreditation.

Evaluation

We evaluate the values at all measured points, deviations, and the dependency graph.

Certificate and label

We will issue an accredited ISO 17025 protocol and a label with the calibration date.
