Cincoze DI-1100

The Cincoze brand has launched a rugged embedded computer from the DIAMOND product line, specifically the DI-1100 model.

The DI-1100 is equipped with Intel® Core™ Whiskey Lake-U processors that deliver high performance and very low power consumption of 15W TDP. This series is ideal for space-constrained applications. The newer and faster DI-1100 embedded computers offer additional applications in autonomous robotics, vehicles, and environmental monitoring.

The DI-1100 is the first choice for high-performance, energy-efficient systems The new Cincoze DI-1100 uses quad-core, high-speed 8th generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processors. The system can be equipped with up to 32 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz SO-DIMM memory, meeting the demands of graphics processing and high-speed image capture.

The DI-1100 supports one mSATA SSD bay and one 2.5” HDD/SSD bay with the ability to swap on the fly, allowing for easy expansion of storage space. There are two SIM card slots on the front panel for GPS tracking and positioning via cellular network connection. Two SIM cards allow the vehicle to travel between supported areas and different network providers and never lose cellular data connectivity, a key requirement for full IoV (Internet of Vehicles) implementation.

Flexible extension for multiple applications

The DI-1100 embedded computer already includes rich I/O interfaces in the basic configuration, such as 2x GbE LAN RJ45, 4x USB 3.2, 2x USB 2.0, 2x RS-232/422/485, 1x HDMI, 1x DisplayPort and 1x VGA. Extensive expansion options include two full-size internal Mini PCIe slots for wireless communication modules. There is also the option to add CMI, CFM and MEC modules for expansion with M12 LAN connectors, digital I/O, motor start and shutdown control (IGN) or PoE. This selection offers everything needed for different environments and different peripherals.

The new DI-1100 is very compact, measuring just 203 mm (w) x 142 mm (d) x 66.8 mm (h) and features flexible installation options including wall mount, side mount, DIN rail and VESA. Its small size and various mounting options make it ideal for in-vehicle applications or remote monitoring. The DI-1100 is temperature-resistant and stable, and has passed the U.S. military equipment inspection standard (MIL-STD-810G), the EN50155 rail transportation standard (EN50121-3-2 only), E-mark and other international certifications, allowing for simplified integration in many scenarios.
