If you purchase this service, we will come to carry out every service intervention at the place of deployment of the computer throughout the territory of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. In addition, we guarantee service intervention no later than the 5th day after reporting the defect. The service can be additionally purchased for 5 years (from the third year in combination with the LONG LIFE service.
NBD
The Next Business Day service guarantees a service intervention no later than the following working day at the place of computer installation throughout the territory of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Its price depends on the price of the assembly and is reduced for a larger number of identical computers. The service can also be purchased for an older computer.
NON-STOP
With this service, we guarantee that our service technicians will start a service intervention anywhere in the territory of the Czech Republic or Slovakia within eight hours at the latest. Day and night, weekdays, weekends and holidays. This service can also be purchased additionally, and the price of the service depends, similarly to NBD, on the selling price of the computer
OTHER SERVICE SERVICES
PROPHYLAXIS
We offer you complete mechanical cleaning of the computer, replacement of filter inserts and testing of critical PC components, thanks to which you can prevent malfunctions. You can also purchase partial prophylactic services focused on individual parts of the system.
BACKUP
Backup using Acronis software and image creation.
