We supplied the ELVAC Vision machine vision system we developed to CTS Corporation, which manufactures car pedals.

Its task is to check the quality of products at the output of the line instead of the operator.

The output part of the line is now operated by a robotic arm supplemented with machine vision, which monitors the quality of the pedals being produced. The subject of output optical inspection is the precise measurement of gaps, reading DMC codes and detection of cracks or scratches using neural networks.
