Punching units under the press
Universal punching units under the press offer an efficient solution for punching holes in sheet metal, open and closed profiles and tubes. Due to their versatility and small batch production method, kit punching tools are very inexpensive, especially compared to commonly used machines and single-purpose tools, their prices are a pleasant surprise for many customers.
Tools with insert lengths of 100, 200 and 300 mm are supplied as standard for material thicknesses up to 12 mm and for cutting round and shaped holes from 2 mm to 110 mm diameter. It is also possible to supply special tools whose parameters are outside the range of the standard tools, in most cases without a significant increase in price and delivery time.

HOW IS THE DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF PUNCHING UNITS CARRIED OUT?
On the basis of the technical documentation of the product, or a sketch with precise dimensions, which can be sent by e-mail, we will prepare an optimized design of the technical solution of the slitting according to the customer’s requirements, selection of the most suitable units and their assemblies for the given case, including determination of the shearing clearances, or even recommendation of a suitable press with calculation of the shearing force.
In more complex cases, variant assemblies with different degrees of production efficiency and different price levels are possible. If our range of standard tools does not meet specific requirements, we are ready to supply standard tools adapted for special applications or special tools with low prices due to maximum use of standard parts.
