DRPC-140-EHL DIN rail mounted mini PC

ELVAC introduces the DRPC-140-EHL fanless DIN rail mounted mini PC with Intel® Celeron® J6412 processor. The new product comes from iEi Integration, a manufacturer of innovative industrial solutions, and meets all the requirements for use in modern manufacturing automation applications that require performance, reliability and resistance to adverse conditions.

Flexible mini PC

The DRPC-140-EHL is a flexible DIN rail mounted mini computer with a quad-core Elkhart Lake Intel® Celeron® J6412 processor with 2.0 GHz to 2.6 GHz performance and a TDP of 10 W. The computer is equipped with 8 GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM at up to 3200MHz, which is expandable up to 32 GB to take full advantage of the processor’s performance. The system is also equipped with two 2.5GbE Gigabit LANs for high-speed network communication.

• There is also a CAN BUS connector with 2.5kV isolation for connecting the computer to the industrial CAN network. For example, for monitoring, diagnostics, control or programming.
• Various peripherals can be connected via 4x USB 3.2 Gen2. Digital communication is enabled by an 8-bit digital DIO connector with four inputs and outputs, used for interfacing with sensors and controllers.
• The data storage space in the computer is designed classically with one position for 2.5″ SATA 6Gb/s HDD/SSD and the other via M.2 M Key.
• For connecting monitors there are two HDMI graphic outputs.
• The computer can be expanded by up to two M.2 PCIe modules. M.2 A Key
• Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/4G or NFC module for wireless communication and an M.2 M Key for an additional SSD.
• The DRPC-140 can also be optionally supplied with a TPM 2.0 encryption module, which enables encryption of data and passwords on the drive using BitLocker technology.

The DRPC-140-EHL has compact dimensions of 58.75 x 130 x 174 mm and weighs 1.39 kg. It is designed for DIN rail mounting in electrical switchboards, control panels and other industrial equipment. Its construction is made of extruded aluminium alloy, which provides high resistance to dust, moisture and shock. The power supply of the system can be realized in the range of 12 ~ 24 V DC. The system is capable of operating at temperatures from -20 to 60 °C with an air flow of 0.7 m/s. It also meets CE, FCC and UKCA standards for safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
