ARBOR SB-244-U5125U: Fanless Industrial Computer with Broad Connectivity for Edge AI

ARBOR SB-244-U5125U is a compact fanless solution for industrial automation, Edge AI, machine vision, intelligent transportation systems and other compute-intensive applications. The model is factory-installed with an Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 125U (Meteor Lake-U) and is delivered as a barebone, i.e. without RAM and storage.

It offers support for up to 48 GB DDR5, AI performance up to 22 TOPS (INT8), four Gigabit Ethernet ports, four RS-232/422/485 serial interfaces and a wide power supply range of 10-36 V DC. Thanks to the robust fanless aluminum alloy construction, it is suitable for continuous operation even in demanding industrial environments.

The platform supports the work of artificial intelligence with a performance of up to 22 TOPS (INT8), which makes it an ideal solution for machine vision, image analysis, intelligent automation or Edge AI applications.

Wide connectivity options

The computer offers four Gigabit network ports, four RS-232/422/485 serial interfaces, six USB ports, HDMI 2.1 TDMS and DisplayPort 1.4a video outputs, audio Line-out/Mic-in and internal Mini PCIe slots, M.2 E-Key for wireless modules, M.2 2242 SATA, M.2 2280 NVMe and Nano SIM slot for optional mobile modem.

Reliability for industrial environments

The robust fanless aluminum chassis minimizes the need for maintenance and increases reliability in continuous operation. The device supports mounting on a table, wall or optionally on a DIN rail or VESA holder. It works in a temperature range of −20 to +60 °C (when using industrial RAM and SSD memory) and resists vibrations and shocks. Integrated protections against overvoltage and power reversal contribute to safe operation in demanding conditions.
