Nuvo-11160GC-PoE: Industrial Edge AI Computer for Demanding Applications

The Neousys Nuvo-11160GC-PoE is a powerful Edge AI computer with support for Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S processors and NVIDIA® RTX™ discrete graphics cards with a TDP of up to 150 W. The PoE variant allows for the connection and powering of compatible GigE cameras via IEEE 802.3at PoE+, making it particularly suitable for machine vision, AI inference, automatic optical inspection and other demanding industrial applications.

Performance for Edge AI

The platform uses Intel Core Ultra 200S processors with up to 24 cores/24 threads and an integrated neural processing unit (NPU). For more demanding AI and imaging applications, the system can be supplemented with a separate NVIDIA RTX GPU with a TDP of up to 150 W, allowing the combination of CPU, NPU and GPU power in a single industrial system. The Neousys Nuvo-11000 series is directly aimed at industrial Edge AI applications.

PoE+ for industrial cameras

The Nuvo-11160GC-PoE variant offers IEEE 802.3at PoE+ PSE on 2.5GbE ports 3–6 with a total power budget of up to 100 W. A single Ethernet cable can be used to transmit data and power a compatible camera, making it easier to implement multi-camera systems for machine vision and industrial inspection.

Rich connectivity and expansion

The Nuvo-11160GC-PoE offers a combination of high-speed network and peripheral interfaces. There are 5x 2.5GbE, 1x GbE, up to 8x USB 3.2 Gen2 and the option to add 10GBASE-T. The MezIO® interface allows for further functional expansion of the system, such as serial ports, isolated DIO or other specialized industrial I/O.
