AFL4-W15-EHL: Fanless panel computer for continuous operation

The AFL4-W15-EHL is a fanless PC with an elegant slim frame built on the Intel® Elkhart Lake platform. This all-in-one model is designed for use in light industry where reliability and performance are required 365 days a year.

Powerful processor with low power consumption

The AFL4-W15-EHL is equipped with an Intel® Celeron® J6412 processor with 4 cores, 4 threads and a working frequency of 2.00 GHz to a maximum of 2.60 GHz. The processor has low power consumption and is ideal for production applications where trouble-free operation during continuous use is important.

The model comes with pre-installed DDR4 type SO-DIM memory with a capacity of 8 GB expandable up to 32 GB. The storage space for data is occupied by two slots for M.2 M key SSD disks.

Excellent display with high resolution and plenty of colors

AFL4-W15-EHL has a 15.6-inch touch LCD panel with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, a brightness of 450 cd/m² and an aspect ratio of 16:9. The display has a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and supports the display of 16.7 million colors. It also offers wide viewing angles of 170°/160°, ensuring an extended range of visibility.

The touchscreen is equipped with an anti-UV/AG layer that protects the screen from damage and ensures good readability even in bright sunlight. The computer’s interactive display handles up to 10 touches at once and supports operation not only with wet hands, but also with gloves. IP64 front cover allows for easy cleaning.

The AFL4-W15-EHL also offers the connection of a second monitor via the HDMI interface.

Wide range of ports for unlimited communication

Wireless communication is provided by an integrated Wi-Fi 6E module and Bluetooth 5.2. The rear part of the computer, equipped with a passive cooler, is equipped with two RS-232 and two RS422/RS485 ports for serial communication. There are two 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports for high-speed network communication. There are also four USB ports available, specifically 2x USB 3.2 Gen2 and 2x USB 2.0 for connecting peripherals.

The computer is powered by an adapter with an output voltage of 12 V DC.

Durable construction and the possibility of easy installation

The AFL4-W15-EHL has a durable chassis made from a combination of aluminum alloy and steel. Its advantage is the ability to work in temperatures from -10 °C to +50 °C.

The computer is perfectly suited as part of information interactive kiosks in production halls and public spaces. This is adapted to a wide range of mounting sets for installation in a panel, on a wall, on an arm or a holder, both in width and in height.

AFL4-W15-EHL supports Microsoft Windows 10 IoT, Windows 11 Pro and Linux operating systems.
