The NISE 53-E01 is a powerful industrial computer of miniature dimensions

Although Nexcom’s NISE 53-E01 fanless PC is sized like a snack box, it has a robust build. Therefore, it is perfectly suited for installation in confined spaces of production machines or commercial kiosks.

The NISE 53-E01 is, without exaggeration, a new industrial computer of the NUC type. It combines performance, miniature size and features adapted to industry. It works seamlessly with Linux, Windows 10 IoT and Windows 11 operating systems.

A powerful processor and a wide range of peripheral connection options

The mini computer is powered by an Intel Celeron J6413 processor with decent performance and low power consumption even when used in demanding IoT applications.

The NISE 53-E01 allows you to install a DDR4 slot with up to 16 GB of RAM and 32 GB of eMMC. It can also be connected to an M.2 SSD drive for fast and reliable data storage expansion.

Despite its small size, the computer is equipped with a considerable number of inputs and outputs. There are three GbE LAN ports for transferring large amounts of data or real-time communication and three HDMI ports for connecting displays. There are also four USB ports (2x 2.0 and 2x 3.1) for connecting peripherals and two DB9 connectors intended primarily for Modbus TCP or Modbus RTU communication. For wireless connectivity, the NISE 53-E01 has one mini-PCIe slot and two M.2 slots allowing the installation of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G, 4G or LTE modules.

High resistance to cyber threats and the surrounding environment

The NISE 53-E01 has a TPM 2.0 encryption module that enables encryption of data and passwords on the drive using BitLocker technology. TPM also provides a higher level of security against malware and skimming.

The computer has a metal chassis ensuring passive cooling and mechanical resistance. Thanks to this, the NISE 53-E01 works reliably in demanding industrial environments, with operating temperatures from -10°C to 60°C.

The computer’s parameters make it a universal machine that can be used in a moment for example in business applications, digital info panels and self-service kiosks or in industrial gateways for data transmission.
