The project was carried out with a strong focus on the customer’s specific requirements, including design with glazed doors. At the same time, this assembly marked out first deployment of the new RITTAL RiLineX busbar system, which offers a modern and efficient solution for power distribution.
NXP – Board Farm
For NXP Semiconductors, we manufactured data distribution cabinets designed for the Board Farm project.
The project focuses on providing modern technology that enables customers to remotely test and optimise the software they are developing.
The data distribution cabinets are equipped with components that ensure remote access to the required hardware, making software product testing significantly easier, faster, and more efficient. The Board Farm project represents an advanced development environment with the necessary technical infrastructure, offering reliable power supply and stable communication connectivity.
The Board Farm solution was designed to meet customer needs as closely as possible and offers the following key benefits:
- secure remote access to devices via API
- the ability to reserve hardware capacity for testing online
- a fast, accessible, and user-friendly interface for developers, testers, and CI/CD tools
- a flexible and easily scalable system with simple operation
- power management with safe voltage levels, allowing access even without special electrical certification
Bonatrans group a.s. – GEO and Axle Forge Modernisation
A set of power switchboards designed to supply machinery as part of the “General Overhaul and Modernisation of the Axle Forge” project.
The project included the delivery of a set of power switchboards ensuring reliable and safe power supply for machinery within the framework of a major plant modernisation. The solution was designed with a strong emphasis on high operational reliability, efficient power distribution, and long-term durability in a demanding industrial environment.
ABB – Test Switchboard for REX60 and REX615 Medium-Voltage Protection relays
The panel is equipped with REX60 and REX615 protection relays in accordance with the design prepared by ABB EUOPC Power Systems.
It is used for training protection specialists and for testing real-life applications at high-voltage levels before they are deployed in operation.
The solution enables not only the verification of the logic of the switchboard, but also detailed testing of individual protection functions, such as overcurrent, undervoltage, differential, and distance protection, as well as many others. As a result, the panel serves as an effective tool for practical training, simulation of operating conditions, and verification of the correct performance of protection systems in demanding power engineering applications.
AUTEL a.s.
Switchboard cabinets designed for power output distribution at the UCED Prostějov peak-load power plant.
The project includes a busbar system designed by Rittal, rated for current loads of up to 5000 A. The solution was developed with a strong emphasis on high reliability, safe power transmission, and long-term operational durability in demanding power engineering applications.
