Panel computers PPC2-ADL from IEI with even more performance and durability

IEI has launched panel computers PPC2-ADL of designed for demanding industrial applications requiring high computing power.

These panel computers operate continuously 24/7 for a long time and provide stable performance even with significant fluctuations in ambient temperatures. This is thanks to durable components with high heat resistance and a functionally designed design.

Robust computers PPC2-ADL have an integrated 12th generation Intel Core processor supporting DDR4 memory. Furthermore, the computers are equipped with Intel UHD graphics, a PCIe Gen4 x16 slot for expanding functions and a PCAP touch screen with UV filter and anti-glare treatment. The hardware version is complemented by an integrated power supply with an input for alternating current, enabling unlimited use of the computer in production halls.

Solid computing power for demanding industry

Panel computers PPC2-ADL use integrated Intel Core i7/i5/i3/Pentium 12th generation processors and the Intel H610 chipset with support for up to 12 cores and a frequency of up to 4.9 GHz. These components allow computers to handle an unlimited load.

The high workload is also helped by the integrated Intel UHD graphics with up to 32 EUs, allowing the connection of two displays with 4K resolution.

Thanks to two SO-DIMM slots for up to 64 GB of memory with a frequency of 3200MT/s, panel computers PPC2-ADL achieve hard-to-believe data processing speed, minimum latency and maximum performance.

Universal expandability with all peripherals

The panel computer PPC2-ADL is equipped with a PCIe Gen4 x16 slot for expanding peripherals such as graphics cards, SSDs, video processing cards or AI accelerators. The slot is connected directly to the CPU to ensure minimum latency.

Reliable network communication and choice of connection options

Two high-speed 2.5 GbE LAN ports ensure network redundancy, enable the connection of multiple IoT devices and increase productivity.

Inside the panel PCs is also an M.2 E slot supporting PCIe Gen3 x1, USB 2.0 and CNVi, offering optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities.

Highly durable and easy-to-use display

Panel computers PPC2-ADL have a PCAP flat touch screen with a seal resistant to pressurized water, which means that they meet IP65 protection.

The touch layer of the display uses a ten-point projection capacitive technology that enables the computer to be operated with gloves or with wet hands. The surface of the display is resistant to scratches with a hardness of 7H and also has an anti-glare treatment with UV protection for perfect readability.

Computers PPC2-ADL offer models with 4:3 aspect ratio displays for 15″ sizes, 5:4 for 17″ and 19″ sizes, and 16:9 for 15.6″, 18.5″ and 21.5″ sizes.

Reliable operation at low and high temperatures

Panel computers PPC2-ADL work without problems at temperatures from -10 to +50 °C. They also handle variable mounting, whether in a panel, on a wall via VESA, on a shoulder mount, in a 19″ RACK or a cabinet door. They are powered by an integrated power supply, which eliminates a confusing mess of cables. AC power input simplifies integration into machines.
